How Old Should My Baby Be?

All of baby jogger's strollers go from six weeks to five years. Little babies don't regulate their temperature very well, so it is important to make sure they are warm enough, as Mom or Dad will have the warmth of exercising with a stroller. If your baby is sleepy, just scrunch their bottom a bit towards the front wheel, and they will be reclining a little bit. Also, little babies need help with neck support; you can use a rolled up cloth diaper, or there are neck rolls at baby stores or through us. But we have had many, many doctors and pediatricians use baby jogger's strollers, and are very happy with it.

Which Wheel Size Do You Recommend?

If you are looking for something to get into tight places, then Baby Jogger's City line of strollers, with 12” wheels will work great for you. Great for maneuvering indoors and walking. The 16” wheel is Baby Jogger's most popular selling size due to its’ versatility. Great for walking or running, and is still very easy to store or transport. The 20” wheel has always been the most popular for Baby Jogger's runners. Easy to maneuver, and the smoothest ride for the child. Check out the 24” option for the new Baby Jogger 3. Do Baby Joggers Fold?

Yes, the Joggeroo and Deluxe City Roo have a slick, one-handed folding mechanism that collapses the stroller right in half. Baby Jogger's other Joggers are just as easy. Well-marked quick release pins and locking buttons, make folding them a snap. Remove the quick-release wheels, and all of the strollers fold flat to easily fit in the trunk of your car.

Can The Stroller Handle Be Adjusted For Height?

The standard height of the handles seems to work fine for people up to 6’ 2” tall, but we do have an Extra-Tall option available on the Jogger II and the Twinner II for people 6’ 3” and above. This adds an additional 3 – 4 inches in height.

Will My Baby Like The Stroller?

Absolutely!! The motion of the stroller tends to put little ones to sleep. That is a huge benefit if your baby is colicky or just plain cranky. Toddlers get a kick out of having special time with Mom or Dad, as they sightsee all over your town. They may want to take along some toys, a book, or maybe even a bottle.

Is The Stroller Safe?

Yes they are. They are made of lightweight, washable fabrics that can be washed in cold water. Take them out of your washing machine and reattach them to your stroller while they are still wet. Do not use your dryer.

Will Using A Baby Jogger Affect My Running?

Yes, you will probably have even more fun now. Even with a long stride, you can run as fast as you want (just be safe please). One famous runner reported training with the Baby Jogger at a six-minute mile pace. Another woman won her division of a 5k race while pushing her daughter in a Baby Jogger.
